Warranty

Industrial Inc can only extend the warranty provided by the manufacturer of the item.

If an item stops working from normal use contact us to arrange the return of the item.

Returns Policy

You have 7 days after the purchase date of your items in order to return your item for a replacement.

Please ensure you have the original TAX Invoice and the original packaging, and documents.

It is your responsibility to deliver and/or cover the cost of return of the items.

Sample Products

Please note that all items sold as "Samples" may not be in-line with production models, "shop soiled" or even have certain cosmetic defects, which is why they are offered at low pricing and will be excluded from warranties/guarantees and non-returnable.

Stock Availability

If an item ordered is out of stock in our shop and with the suppliers you will be notified and the order can be adjusted accordingly.
